Mary Ann
Mary Ann is the president and owner of Fiesta Pediatric Therapy, Inc. and a co-owner of Scottsdale Fiesta Pediatric Therapy, Inc.. She is a licensed Occupational Therapist with thirty-one years of experience and is NDT trained. Mary Ann loves to travel, participate in outdoor sports, such as snow skiing, and she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Tami
Tami is a licensed physical therapist. She graduated from the University of Toronto and has over twenty years of experience in pediatrics. Tami has specialized training in serial casting, seating & mobility, orthotics, NDT Certified (8-week & baby), TAMO (Advanced), Torticollis, Spina Bifida, and Hypotonia. Tami has been with Fiesta Pediatric Therapy since 1994. She is married and has two children, Alexander and Naomi. She is an active member of the Arizona Physical Therapy Association.

Shelly
Shelly is a licensed physical therapist. She graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. Shelly has recently moved to Arizona from Chicago. She enjoys being active and spending time outdoors. Her favorite part of Arizona is the beautiful sunsets. Shelly loves working with children of all ages.

Teresa
Teresa is a licensed Occupational Therapist. She graduated with a Masters from the University of Southern California and has over twenty years of experience. She has experience with sensory integration, early intervention, TAMO, and Therapeutic Listening. Teresa is a native of Phoenix and likes pets.

Kris
Kris is a licensed Occupational Therapist.  She graduated from Creighton University with a clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. She emphasized in health policy, management, and education.  Kris has clinical experience in pediatrics, early intervention, home care, and inpatient rehabilitation.  She has training in NDT handling, sensory processing, and early intervention.  Kris is married with three children.  She just moved from Colorado and likes the outdoors and mountains.

Kara
Kara is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.  She graduated with a Masters from Northern Arizona University and has over two years experience with school districts in the valley.  Kara is a native to Phoenix and enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with family.

Kate 
Kate is completing her clinical fellowship as a Speech-Language Pathologist. She recently graduated with a Masters from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kate just relocated to Arizona from Chicago.  She enjoys cooking, photography, and riding her bike.  Kate loves to travel and learn about different cultures.

Jill
Jill is Fiesta Pediatric Therapy’s Human Resources Manager. She graduated with a Masters degree in Human Resource Management. Jill has eleven years of experience in human resources with seven of those years at Fiesta Pediatric Therapy. She also serves as the Article 9 Trainer. Jill is married with a 3 year old little girl and spends most of her free time trying to keep up with her. Jill also enjoys attending rock concerts and major league baseball games.

Cesar 
Cesar is the Phoenix front-office administrator. He will soon graduate from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors in business management.  He has three years of experience in the healthcare industry. Cesar was born in Nogales Son. Mexico, has a twin sister and loves to visit with family.  He also enjoys going out to eat sushi with his roommate. Cesar likes nature and history, but the beach is his favorite vacation spot.

Joanne
Joanne is the Phoenix front-office insurance specialist.  She relocated from Illinois four years ago and obtained her medical billing certificate from the College of Lake County.  Joanne has seven years of experience and loves to help people in the healthcare field to understand the insurance world.  She enjoys spending time with family and going on vacations to visit friends in IL.

Mary Ann

Tracy
Tracy is a licensed Occupational Therapist. She graduated from Colorado State University. She has 22 years of experience and has worked in adult rehab, public schools, and private practice pediatrics. She has experience in therapeutic listening, sensory-processing disorders and is NDT Certified. Tracy admits “my two teenage boys look older than me”.

Joy
Joy is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She graduated with a B.S in Speech-Hearing Science and M.S. in Communication Disorders from Arizona State University. She has four years experience and additional training with Augmentative Communication, Cochlear Implants, Hearing Impairment, Sign Language, and Apraxia. Joy has a pet frog – he is a fire-belly toad. Her favorite food is Mexican!

Sarah
Sarah is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She earned her undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD and her graduate degree from Arizona State University. She has worked in schools, hospitals, and private practice settings over the past eight years. She has experience with articulation, voice/resonance, preschool stuttering, early language, apraxia, autism, and young spanish-speakers. Sarah is the eighth in a family of nine children. She is originally from Minnesota, but takes her vacations all over the world!

Jessica
Jessica is a licensed Physical Therapist. She graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Creighton University. She has worked in physical therapy for three years in clinic-based and educational settings. She has experience in NDT handling technique, torticollis treatment and prevention, and functional electrical stimulation. Jessica is your next American Idol

Trista
Trista is a licensed Physical Therapist. She graduated with a Masters in the Science of Physical Therapy from Misericordia University in Dallas, PA. She has over five years of physical therapy experience consisting of outpatient pediatrics, school-based pediatrics, and one year as a traveling physical therapist. She has previous experience in NDT, aquatics, electrical stimulation and spinal cord injury. Trista enjoys hiking, swimming, and rock climbing. She is new to Arizona, originally from Pennsylvania.

Kate
Kate is completing her clinical fellowship as a Speech-Language Pathologist.  She recently graduated with a Masters from University of Texas at Dallas.  She is trained in sign language.  Kate enjoys traveling, cooking, and being active.

Chris
Chris is the Front Office Manager in the Mesa office. She has been with Fiesta Pediatric Therapy for two years but has fifteen years customer service with four years supervisor work. She has training in medical billing and is currently taking a PTA course. Chris was born and raised in Illinois. She has one brother and a daughter. Chris has a love for baseball, Nascar, football, rock-n-roll, music, dancing, and reality television. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active.

Mike
Mike is the Front Office Administrator in the Mesa office.  He has been with Fiesta Pediatric Therapy for one year and has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.  Mike enjoys spending time with family and his 3 year old daughter.

Debbie is an Occupational Therapist as well as president and co-owner of Scottsdale Fiesta Pediatric Therapy. She received a B.S. in Occupational Therapy from East Carolina University and an M.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She has 31 years of experience in pediatrics. She has completed her 8-week certification training in Pediatric Neurodevelopmental Treatment and is certified in Kinesiotaping, The Listening Program, Therapeutic Listening, Interactive Metronome, Samonas and in the administration of the Sensory Integration and Praxis Test. Debbie is a past board member of the Arizona Occupational Therapy Association.  She presently is on the Representative Assembly Leadership Team for the American Occupational Therapy Association. She enjoys traveling.

Linda is our Office Manager. She has worked with Scottsdale Fiesta Pediatric Therapy for 18 years. Linda is a mom to three boys and has five grandchildren. She loves to travel.

Millie handles billing and accounts receivable for our office. She received a diploma in registered nursing from Jefferson Hospital. She has also has experience as a claims processor from Lincoln National Insurance. Millie has worked for our office for the past 23 years. She enjoys traveling, gardening, TV and movies.

Betty is our front Office Assistant who has been retired for 10 years. She spent two years at Langwood College in Virginia. She previously worked as a Revenue Officer for the IRS and as a secretary for the Air Force. She enjoys cruising and spending time with her family, which includes 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Judie handles the office’s insurance and billing. She attended the Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, N.Y. She has 23 years of experience in office administration and insurance. Judie is married, has 6 children and 7 grandchildren. She loves to go antiquing in New England, doing puzzles and reading mystery novels.

Megan is our Front Office Assistant. She has 3 Dachshunds, 2 boys and 1 girl. She enjoys attending football and basketball games as well as reading and scrapbooking.

Kimberly is an Occupational Therapist who received her A.A. and A.S. from Cottey College, a B.S. in Psychology from Culver Stockton and her Masters in Occupational Therapy at Washington University in St. Louis Mo. She has worked in a pediatric setting for the past 8 years, including in home health, school and private practice settings. Kim is a certified provider of Kinesiotaping, Interactive Metronome, a Therapeutic Listening Provider, Samonas, and an authorized provider for The Listening Program. She also has attended courses in Acupressure and in Neurodevelopmental Treatment Approach in treating infants. Kim is an Arizona native and enjoys white water rafting and scrapbooking.

Amy is an Occupational Therapist who received her B.S. in Child Development from the University of Missouri and her Masters in Occupational Therapy from University of Southern California. She has 10 years of experience within the pediatric setting. She is a certified provider for the SIPT, Therapeutic Listening, The Listening Program, Samonas. In addition, Amy has taken a Neurodevelopmental Treatment Baby Handling Course. She enjoys reading and hiking when her time is not consumed with her 4 children, including a set of twins.

Laurie is an Occupational Therapist who received her B.S. in Occupational Therapy from University of Washington. She also holds a B.S. in Physical Education from University of Wisconsin. Laurie has worked for the past two years at this facility and for the past 35 years in various venues with children. She is certified in Therapeutic Listening, Interactive Metronome and The Listening Program. She has three boys aged 6, 13, and 14 and she loves sports and travel. She was formerly a nationally ranked gymnast.

Karen is a Physical Therapist who received a B.S. in Psychology from ASU and a B.S. in Physical Therapy at NAU. She has worked for 22 years within the pediatric setting at PCH, in the school system, home health as well as the clinic. Karen completed her 8-week Neurodevelopmental treatment training in pediatrics, is a certified provider for Interactive Metronome and has taken courses in Cranial Sacral therapy, Myofascial Release, Therapeutic Listening, Torticollis treatment and Kinesiotaping. She is currently serving on the Executive Board of Child Improvement Through Therapy and assists with the coordination of “Sun”sational Sibshops. She enjoys gardening, reading and scrapbooking as well as traveling with her husband and two sons.

Cristina is a Physical therapist who received a B.S. in Exercise Science and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University. She interned in both clinical and home based pediatric settings, inpatient ICU, telemetry, post-surgical as well as outpatient orthopedic settings. Cristina is a certified provider for the Interactive Metronome and has taken courses in Neurodevelopmental Treatment and Sensory Integrative strategies. Both she and her husband are Arizona natives and her hobbies include hiking, swimming, playing with her two puppies, scrapbooking, reading and traveling with her husband and son.

Kelly is a Speech and Language Pathologist who received a B.S. in Speech and Hearing Science and a Masters in Speech Pathology from the University of Arizona. Kelly has worked for 28 years in the pediatric setting. She is trained in the Neurodevelopmental Treatment Approach for pediatrics as well as being certified in Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy, Therapeutic Listening and The Listening Program. In addition she has training in the Sequential Oral Sensory Approach to Feeding, Lymphatic Drainage and Visceral Manipulation. She is the mother of 2 college graduates and has one child entering college. She enjoys traveling and sailing with her husband as well as gardening and cooking with friends.

Stacee is a Speech and Language Pathologist who received a B.A. in Liberal Studies as well as a Masters in Clinical Speech Pathology from Northern Arizona University. She has worked for the past 6 years within pediatric settings. Stacee has attended courses in Early Language Intervention, Autism, and Children’s Apraxia of Speech. Her interests are in early language articulation and phonology and apraxia. In her spare time she loves to read and travel with her husband.

Katie is a Speech and Language Pathologist who received her B.S. and M.S. in Communication Disorders and Sciences from Southern Illinois University. She has been working as a speech and language pathologist for the past 13 years, spending the last 10 years working with children. Her areas of interest include sign language, articulation, fluency (stuttering), language development, and autism. Her hobbies include painting and reading as well as taking piano and French classes. Katie is involved with the Arizona Magic of Music and Dance Camp, which is a summer camp held locally for children and young adults with physical mental disabilities. She lives with her husband and four children, including a set of identical twins, aged 8 yrs.-20 months.

Aimee is an occupational therapist who received her B.A. in elementary education from York College and her Masters in occupational therapy from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She has worked for 3 years in pediatrics including school based, home health and private practice settings. She has attended course regarding autism and early childhood education, assistive technology and is currently completing her sensory integration certification. She enjoys jogging, bike riding, and spending time with her family

Megan has been a speech-language pathologist for three years. She received her B.S. in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Western Michigan University and a M.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has a background in providing speech therapy services in the nursing home and elementary school settings. Professionally, her interests include early intervention, language and phonological disorders, feeding/swallowing, children with cleft lip/palate, children with hearing impairments and augmentative alternative communication (AAC). Megan and her husband, Casey, Moved to Arizona in July 2007 to pursue her husband’s career in road racing. They have a little yellow Labrador mix named Kody Bear. They also enjoy snowboarding, hiking and bluegrass music. Megan is excited to be a part of the Scottsdale Fiesta Pediatric therapy family!
